Today's peeve is about work emails addressed to 'Team' as in:

Team,
Please welcome Christine, who will be joining us to represent the Customer Service Dept. for our project.

I'm fine with being assigned to/recruited for various work teams and stuff, if I can help achieve a goal. I don't even mind the meetings or receiving emails about it or such. That's all good. But don't call me fucking Team, ok? I'm not some draft horse hitched up to pull some weight in lockstep with a bunch of other functionally identical work units. Recognize us as individuals, why doncha, each contributing to achieving the common goal.
