Two showings scheduled for today, and two last week. An agent's business card showed up randomly on the counter mid-week too, so there may have been one I'd not heard about. Or it may have just been there since last weekend. Either way, the house is getting some traffic!

I haven't gotten around to lowering the price yet. Will do so Monday, unless one of the people from today (and any other showings that get scheduled for this weekend???) comes and dumps bushel baskets full of hundred dollar bills over my head.
